Luxury Accommodation at Faversham House
Faversham House is perfect for a romantic getaway, family reunion, or corporate event. Enjoy all the benefits of the country just 95kms from Perth CBD. Wander through the grounds, borrow a book from the library, relax in the Secret Garden, or sit on the wide verandah and soak in the view.
Seven rooms are offered in the manor, four with ensuite bathrooms and three with private bathrooms. Two more ensuite bedrooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor (no stairs) in the “Servants’ Courtyard”. For those who would like to enjoy the experience on a budget, we have Courtyard Rooms with shared bathroom facilities.
Cooked and/or Continental breakfast is served in the fabulous dining hall. Our focus is on quality local produce.
York is rich in colonial history and offers a variety of pubs, restaurants and things to do for all ages. Faversham House is the perfect base for exploring the Avon Valley.

Our very special suite for couples wishing to spend quality time together separate from the main house.
Luxuriously decorated with an oriental theme, this spacious bedroom with Chinese bed, TV, air conditioning and plush carpet sets the mood for your stay. The gorgeous bathroom complete with claw foot bath, walk in rain shower and double vanity complements the mood. For an extra special stay, order a platter of Champagne & Strawberries and late checkout (additional charges apply).
This room is accessed off the courtyard and is separate from the main house, but still enjoys access to the drawing room and library.
Manor Rooms
Seven gracious air conditioned bedrooms are located on the first floor of the manor house.
All are spacious, decorated in individual style and furnished with antiques. Six bedrooms have king size beds and one has a queen. Please check the room descriptions for bathroom details.
Tea & coffee making facilities are available in all rooms.
Guests are invited to access the sitting area on the front verandah with wonderful views over the valley to Mount Brown. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased to be consumed on site.

Kingsize four poster bed, with ensuite and opening windows. There is a comfortable seating area in this spacious air conditioned room with front views and access onto the front verandah with seating to wonder at the stars.
Light and spacious with king size bed and sitting area. Ensuite with towelling robes, all linen and toiletries. Pepper Tree has reverse cycle air conditioning, and opening windows with afternoon light. Access via passage to first floor verandah with seating to wonder at the stars.
Spacious mansion room with kingsize bed and private (not shared) bathroom a few steps away. OliveTree has reverse cycle airconditioning, towelling robes and tea / coffee making facilities.
Beautiful kingsize bed with Indian headboard, sitting area, all toiletries and air conditioning. This lovely room has an adjacent bathroom with fluffy towels and bathrobes. Located in the south wing, it is quiet and private.
The Avon is a beautiful room with a queen size four poster bed. Views to the front and easy access to the verandah, this room has tea & coffee making facilities. Fluffy robes are supplied and private (not shared) bathroom is a few steps away.
Queen size wrought iron bed in a stylish bedroom. A recent renovation exposed the beautiful original floorboards. Air conditioned for total comfort with a modern ensuite with walk-in shower. Linen and toiletries are supplied. The Susannah has easy access with only one step in the doorway.
Servants' Courtyard Rooms
Enjoy a stay at this beautiful home at a budget rate. Previously used as servants’ quarters, these cosy double bedrooms open onto a courtyard with outdoor seating under the pergola, and share bathroom facilities (3 between 4 bedrooms). The rooms are air conditioned, with all linen, towels and toiletries as well as tea and coffee making facilities. A communal fridge is available.
Breakfast, full or continental, may be available for a charge, and is served in the manor dining hall, subject to other bookings. Lovely rooms for a group stay.

Payment Policy
The card used to make your reservation is held in the event of a cancellation or no show. Payment may be taken once the no cancellation date has passed. If you wish to use another card, or pay cash, please advise by return.
Early check in of 11:30am or a late checkout of 12:30pm can be booked – $25 (see extras). Whilst we will do our best to provide this, it cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
As we are a small boutique hotel, we have a strict cancellation policy. PLEASE READ THE DETAILS BELOW.
Request for cancellation must be confirmed either by phone (not message or text) or via email. Cancellation of a Saturday or public holiday booking requires 7 days notice. 3 days is required for Monday to Friday bookings . Cancellations inside the above timing will result in one night’s accommodation or 50% of the booking being charged, whichever is the greater.
No shows will result in the full amount being charged.
The demand for our rooms outstrips the supply, so this policy is applied without exception.
Booking with Faversham House implies acceptance of these terms.
Whole of house or conference bookings have different cancellation policies – please check your confirmation letter.
